Supporting the launch and building the brand of Scotland’s most exciting farm adventure park
The Challenge:
Little Farmers, based at our existing client Craigies Farm in South Queensferry, is a unique farm-themed adventure park designed to offer a high-quality family day out.
Launching in the summer of 2021, they needed help to spread the word about the grand opening and establish the brand online. In addition, they needed a new website designed to drive visitors and build their online presence.
The Solution:
Starting from scratch, Represent worked to craft a fun, family-friendly brand that was in keeping with the existing Craigies Farm values. Involved from the get-go, the team undertook extensive research before designing an integrated comms strategy which focused on:
- Designing a new website to drive footfall and build the fledgling brand
- A PR campaign to publicise the grand opening and build on the already trusted Craigies brand
- An influencer outreach programme to promote Little Farmers as the new go-to family day out near Edinburgh
- An SEO and content campaign to increase website traffic and build the site’s authority
- A social media campaign to introduce the new Little Farmer’s channels and showcase their amazing offering
- Crafting an email marketing strategy which involved engaging newsletter copy, prompting visitors to find out more via socials and the website
The Impact:
- 16,000 website sessions in the first month after launching
- A community of 2,700 followers on Instagram and 5,600 followers on Facebook
- 12 pieces of coverage in first month after launch, in key outlets including: Edinburgh Evening News, The Herald, Families Online & MADE Magazine
- Increase in domain authority from 0 to 9
- Over 700 newsletter subscribers
“Represent presented a focused and highly targeted launch and ongoing PR & digital marketing campaign that achieved our commercial objectives. Their understanding of our key target market was evident and their creative approach delivered clear cut-through in a crowded marketplace.”
