PR to raise awareness of a new product and generate enquiries
The Challenge:
Resilience and crisis management expert, ID Resilience, needed support with the launch of its new event logging and incident management app, Raven, among event organisers and sports venues alike.
The Solution:
A PR strategy that included:
- Partnering with SEC as Raven’s first customer to promote the launch
- Highlighting the expertise of Raven founder, Ian McLeod Kerr, as a resilience and crisis management expert
- Focusing all PR activity on the key message that the event and sports industries are way behind when it comes to event safety and management
- Promoting the use of technology to help sports arenas and event venues across the UK improve their safety procedures
The Impact
For the duration of the 3-month project, we achieved the following results:
- 15 pieces of tier one media hits
- 8 opinion pieces in tier one media
- 4 qualified leads
